Keep Your Garage Door Shut

Neighbors on Moss Trail banded together to assist the Garland Police in arresting two youths who stole a television. The youths went into an open garage door and pried the door open into the house. They thought they were getting away but they were wrong as Garland Police cars pulled them over on Jupiter a few miles from Oakridge.

One neighbor followed the thieves out of Oakridge while talking to the Garland Police on his cell phone.

Sorry for the lack of details in this article but the names and addresses are not as important as keeping your garage door shut.

Various manufacturers have created a device for notifying you that you garage door is up or down while you are in the house. It will not do any good if you are driving down the road half way to work!. I have purchased the following one and have been really happy with it. You can search on the web for others that might also work. This is for information purposes only; the ONA does not get financial gain from the following information.
