The Oakridge Neighborhood Association (The ONA) respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. This Privacy Policy outlines the information The ONA may collect and how we may use that information.

Personal Data

The Oakridge Neighborhood Association will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (for example, your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address ("personal data")) through our websites unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personal data collected, please do not submit it to us. When you do provide us with personal data, we may use that information in the following ways, unless stated otherwise: we may store and process that information to maintain your membership with The ONA, and we may use that information to contact you. The Oakridge Neighborhood Association grants you permission to use the Site as follows:

you may not use images of people or places without The ONA's written permission;

The ONA will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or any court order requesting or directing The ONA to disclose the identity of anyone posting or transmitting any such information or materials; and
