ONA Recipe Box -- Crazy Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients

Sift into a greased 9x13x2" pan:

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 Tablespoons cocoa

Mix together in a cup:

• ¾ cup vegetable oil
• 2 Tablespoons vinegar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Make three shallow depressions in the dry mixture and pour one third of the liquid into each of the wells. Pour over the entire pan, 2 cups of water. Stir well with a fork, making sure you don't miss the corners.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

No frosting is necessary, as this is a very moist cake; but a scoop of ice cream with this cake is really delicious!
