ONA Recipe Box -- Waldorf Salad

This healthier version is so good, nobody will notice it's virtually fat free! This is also a beautiful dish on a holiday table.

Ingredients

8 apples
2-3 stalks of celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise

Preparation Instructions

Core, peel, and chop apples. Add to large bowl. De-string celery, chop and add to bowl. Add walnuts and cranberries. Fold in mayonnaise. Fold in more mayonnaise, if necessary, until everything has a light coating. Refrigerate, covered until ready for dinner.
