The Chocolate Angel Café and Tea Room
Theme: Two delightful rooms - You enter a beautiful, brightly-decorated, more contemporary area with flowers or you can choose the second one toward the side that is decorated as a traditional tearoom with soothing colors and sparkling crystal pieces. This room is more secluded and is decorated elegantly for bridal parties and others to enjoy. Catering and wedding party arrangements can be made here.
On the Menu: Excellent soups (we tried tomato basil), salads (we loved the chicken salad), sandwiches (on croissants) and desserts are offered along with a specialty of the day. The service was excellent with the hostesses in long, black aprons that blended with the décor.

Comments: This sister-owned shop was formerly a chocolate shop, the "Magic Cake" and has evolved into a full-service catering company featuring an array of secret family recipes. Unlike many tearooms, this one relies on the success of the food and drink - no gift shop - and success seems inevitable.
